Does a Flourishing Workplace sound like a good thing? We think it does, and we’ve been very pleased to assist our long-time client, Best Workplaces Institute, as they help their clients achieve just that. We originally built their Employee Engagement Survey application several years ago, and it has grown and evolved into the leading platform for measuring Employee Engagement for faith-based nonprofits and businesses world-wide.

The 50+ question survey is tailored to different organization types (missionary organizations, churches, schools, etc.), with the anonymized results pulled together and returned in a set of dynamically created pdfs tailored for their executive audiences. To date, they’ve logged several hundred thousand completed surveys. The surveys come in from all parts of the world in 21 languages and growing: they are adding Arabic and Thai to the list.

Multiple clients and their designated staff can log in anytime to create/update the initial configuration of the survey, view the status of the survey-taking itself (anonymous user responses, of course), and then download the survey results in informative, easy-to-read pdf reports. These reports include comparisons to their previous year results and to aggregate responses from similar-sized organizations in their sector.

And did we mention we also built their public-facing website? If you’re interested in measuring and improving workplace culture engagement, this is a great place to start:
